Andalucía Agrotech DIH submitted its application to the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) program, a call launched by the European Commission for the creation and deployment of a European network of digital innovation hubs that will function as one-stop shop to support companies in the digital transformation.


The candidacy, promoted by the Andalusian Region Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development together with 26 partners from the agricultural sector, ICT, public administration and knowledge centers, includes as specific objectives:

> To be a reference DIH in the field of agrotechnology

> To improve the competitiveness of the Andalusian agri-food sector

>  To connect all the resources for the digitalisation of the sector

> To promote valuable cooperation between agents in the ecosystem


The approval of this candidacy will will enable us to offer four services:

Access to finance



Digital Innovation Hubs are one-stop-shops that help companies to become more competitive with regard to their business/production processes, products or services using digital technologies.


European Digital Innovation Hubs are the organisations which:

  1. have been designated by their country as candidate EDIH
  2. have submitted a proposal to the EU call
  3. have been evaluated above threshold
